@kellyann3644 what happens when someone replies to a reply from Openchord and attempts to start a conversation, i.e. to be "social" on "social media"? Does Openchord also handle back and forth dialog?

Great potential. Tried Twitter, and the flow is pretty straightforward. Very important to add comprehensive knowledge base, for decent make-sense replies.
The strongest point is that you don't need to share your account or give permissions: with the Chrome Extension, tou simply need to have your Twitter page opened and being logged in. One flaw could be the need of leaving the agent and browser constantly open, though; i tried 2 counts/24 hours: what happens when I shut my pc down? Does the agent get reset, hence stops working? It doesn't seem very viable to have a dedicated pc open 24/7 for the purpose. Can @kellyann3644 please explain?
Either way, as a new product, I definitely support this.
Congrats on the launch! Fantastic! Finding leads on Reddit is very important, I need a tool like this! Posting comments on Reddit has high content requirements, and it’s easy to be judged as written by an AI, with accounts being blocked. I’d like to know how Opencord avoids such situations?
@zenda1122 Your concern was my concern as well. I would suggest you mix the entertainment, joke, political discussion, cat dog loves, memes, and your product promotion together. By the end of the day, Reddit is the community that we want to see participation. You are participating, but the execution part is done by agent, isn't it. So use our agent like you!
Congrats on the launch. My team used a similar tool this year. It was banned after a while and it wasn't as precise as the provider claimed it was. I hope Opencord AI is what I've been looking for. I'm gonna give it a try and share my experience.

what's great about opencord is that each time they launch something new, they are shipping something you really want (except their logo and visuals which are always great)! social media marketing via replies is actually a hard task for any standalone team, and I suggest everyone to go try it out
Looks like a great way to get some leverage and grow some engagement. My impression with the replies it wrote in the examples though was that they were clearly AI-generated. Is the customer able to provide custom prompting for tone of voice, and things not to say? I think there's a risk that an obviously AI comment could hurts your brand.

@jonnymiles Jonny, your concern is def valid! The examples are our pre-pre version. All of the current replies are unique for each customers, because 1. you know your product better than anyone 2.your tones can be learned by the agent, just upload some examples and they'll learn it right away! Hope you can give it a try! Looking forward to hearing your feedback :D

@paullouis_valat1 Honestly, posting joke or meme on X is great. You don't want to outsource to Agent. But finding the right place to soft-mention your product isn't that fun, so let our agent handle it!

How does its AI help with maintaining the balance between efficient conversations and avoiding overwhelming users with too many threads or notifications?
@dmytro_sokolov We are like minded. We don't want spam people with agent, so that we suggest user only send limited number of comments per day. You can still use your account to reply or post anything you want, such as joke, meme, or cat/dog pics. Mixing between biz and product promotion is your choice, we won't limit how do you want to use it.
