Here's the answer to all your question in the same chronology:

AI Autofills is fully customisable where you can add your own inputs and use Olvy to tag your feedback, you can create as many Autofill properties you want!
You can use the combination of filters and Ask Olvy to filter down your feedback and get desired answered via Ask Olvy.
We already have Google Meet Integration which allows you to record meetings and extract feedback in your Olvy Workspace.

We are going to introduce AI Reports very soon and our team is already working on it, as we speak.
Olvy's Reporting will provide the same level of flexibility as our other parts of the product.

Currently our model has an accuracy of 98% and we are constantly working on refining it.

Hey @anastasiia_stepko, thanks for your comment about the Auto Listener.
We have a model that understands what constitutes feedback and what does not.
Using this model, Olvy will transcribe your call from the video, and from that transcription, we will identify the feedback shared by the user. This way, you won't have to manually sift through the call feedback!

@kshitij11 Hey Kshitij, our default models are 95% accurate, for enterprise customers we run custom models which can get 99% accuracy.
Along with that, Olvy's flexible workflow allows you to remove things that you think are not a feedback and gets detected as a feedback by Olvy. Your manual correction help Olvy AI improve its detection process for your workspace.
@sgroiga Olvy has various integrations that you can setup to pull feedback from different sources like slack , intercom, discord etc. We also do on demand native integrations for enterprise customers . Olvy is present wherever your customers want to leave feedback for you !
