Hey @anastasiia_stepko, thanks for your comment about the Auto Listener. We have a model that understands what constitutes feedback and what does not. Using this model, Olvy will transcribe your call from the video, and from that transcription, we will identify the feedback shared by the user. This way, you won't have to manually sift through the call feedback!
