I'm not a lawyer but am happy to leave a comment for these guys. I have to admit that when I first came across LawTrades I never thought it would work but it was really decision time for our team and we didn't want 'legal stuff' delaying our launch so I gave it a shot. Within the span of maybe 24 hours at most someone got back to me to let us know that two different firms, both willing and able to help us in the specific areas we included as per of our original request would be reaching out to introduce themselves. When this actually happened I was both shocked and sold - they helped us find quality and qualified (not to mention affordable) legal expertise and I didn't have to pay them a dime (but yes of course we paid out Lawyer!). A truly great experience and one heck of a valuable service that's needed - I recommend them at any chance I get.

The team at LawTrades really knows what they're doing. I've used them many times and they always refer me to a competent lawyer.

what do lawyers here think? founders, would you trust your startup with LawTrades? another q - what ideas these days _can't_ be uber-ized?
