Hi! I'm Sachin, one of the co-founders at HackerEarth. I started HackerEarth with my co-founder Vivek, within 4 months of graduating from college. Both Vivek and I, had interviewed at companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc. and had seen tons of our friends go through the process. We felt the whole process was highly subjective and was riddled with biases. We had seen some smart folks missing out on great opportunities because they were not able to game the interviews. This motivated us to build a platform that would allow programmers to express themselves in the language they are most comfortable with - code. Our belief is that every person has the ability to change this world, they just need the right opportunity and the right platform. We are believe we are doing our bit by helping programmers express themselves and their skills in a very objective manner. Having been on the other side of the table, we also understand the challenges that companies face while recruiting technical talent. HackerEarth Recruit aims to bridge that gap by providing an objective and democratic platform for technical hiring. Would love hear what you all think about the product :)
