I like to start each day with a few minutes of quiet meditation. Just focusing on my breath and setting a positive intention for the day ahead really helps put me in an optimistic mindset. Sometimes I'll jot down 3 things I'm grateful for in my journal too. It's amazing how much those simple practices can shift your whole outlook!

Started my morning different today, 10 minutes of playing fetch with my dog before checking any notifications. His goofy smile definitely set the tone for my day! Amazing how those tiny choices ripple into everything else.

I find having a short friendly conversation with a stranger helps both people be a bit more positive. So just chatting with a couple people in line for my breakfast coffee really warmed up the day.

I've recently started incorporating mindfulness exercises into my day. I start the day with some meditation, have a meditation session after my post-work workout, and end my night with meditation. Today, I woke up with more energy than I have felt in a long time with no change in anything else.
