What kind of feedback are you most interested in receiving?

What country I am from, what industry I am from, and what features, if any, you can add to your product that will get more users to use it.

Honest, direct, almost brutal. You get something like this only when people invested enough, and there is a clear way to make things better.

Is my product value proposition clear and does it add value to your current workflow.

I value feedback on any issues or challenges users encounter, as well as suggestions for improvements or additional features they would like to see. Their input on these aspects helps ensure that the product continually evolves to better serve all the users.

Has it changed anything for you for good? If yes, then how. If no, then why?

I'm building retentional.net which is a specialised success planning tool for CS teams that have 1:1 strategic relationships with clients (or early startups figuring out PMF). My aim is to capture the core requirements and just make it that much easier for people to use. This means the feedback I look for is more workflow related to understand how this can make life easier for people.
