Here for the comments as Im new to PH, but it seems that providing actual value to the community is one of the best things you can do both for everyone and yourself.
Enjoy the ride!
Obviously not everyone can be #1 of the day or have a super successful launch, and that's ok.
Focus on connecting with the community, meeting other makers and receiving feedback from your launch!
@nicolaas_spijker This is a great advice! I've been stressing up about my launch but you're reminded me that it's a process and that it wont be defined by any single event. Thanks!
@parekh_tanmay but Product Hunt says that it isn't help right now. It's a myth.
Previously, when hunters launch a new product – their followers will receive notifications about it. But it isn't work right now.
@new_user_33896c12e1959 Thanks for letting me know.
We recently launched through an Hunter and got a good response but it may be due to the fact of our users and community members helping out too.
You can check the launch via https://www.producthunt.com/post...
Do consider upvote :)
However, it's possible that our users and community members also had a key role in its success. We recently launched through a Hunter and received excellent comments[url=https://bestweedandfeed.com/how-...]
@parekh_tanmay@new_user_33896c12e1959 But, you will get benefitted from having a hunter is the hunter has a following on other platforms and he/she is willing to promote your product on those platforms.
Here are some of my notes for Vzy launch

@nikolas_dimitroulakis This is really good advice. I think most builders are so focused on the launch and forget what happens after. Building a startup is a long journey.
1. If you're a first-timer, launch on weekends
2. Build audience on SM platforms before the launch
3. Have a hunter who will promote your launch with their audience
I run a newsletter where I interview successful creators of product hunt on their launch strategies and secrets. it might be helpful for you. Dropping the link below.

I don't know what is the best tip. On my viewpoint, it is a combination of numerous actions and executions included in a detailed plan. I'm also a newbie on product hunt and currently planning on creating a suitable plan/strategy for our mobile game launch: https://www.petgotchi.com/
Wish all the best for your launch!
- Try to have a moderately polished version before you launch here
- Keep engaging with people who comment on your launch
- Make sure you are collecting useful feedback that will help you in improving the product
- And most importantly have fun 🚀
