@siddhartha_dange simple notes solves the problem than many of the complicated tools out there. I always tend to come back to notes.

Our own - Tira.so Tira is what would happen if Slack, Trello, Notion, and Calendly came together to make a baby. We've taken the most essential features needed, combined them, and created a workspace where you can get all of your work done. You no longer have to switch between apps.

I love notion. I can create everything from notes to tasks, and it really helps me plan out things.
@shivam_thiagarajan do you find it a bit tough to use? I personally face a hurdle to use it, even though it has a ton of useful features.

I might sound weird, but for me my most productive tool is any game which helps me to get back to focus again when I need one. :-) For me we can be productive when we are focused the most.

I use Notes app. It is the most convenient tool for me! For work tasks, I prefer Fibery and Trello along with Google Calendar for scheduling appointments.

GanttPRO (https://ganttpro.com/) is one of the best solution to enhance productivity. This Gantt chart generator serves as the best helper in planning work, tracking tasks, setting deadlines, and collaborating with product stakeholders. A roadmap created with the help of GanttPRO looks handy and easy-to-use. When filling it with your tasks and subtasks, you can also add dependencies and set milestones, that will make your roadmap a powerful product management tool.

You may use Clockify's time tracker to keep track of all your time and gain insight into your productivity levels. Time can be added manually, either in manual mode or through a timesheet, or tracked with a timer in timer mode. You'll be able to determine if you're productive or waste too much time on pointless things once you've done keeping track of your time. You may accomplish this by creating and exporting Summary and Detailed Reports on all of your actions, both professional and otherwise. You can then transfer your findings into other tools for more research. Additionally, you may view Weekly Reports that detail the daily time spent by you and your team, allowing you to determine whether you've met your objectives.
