@infr Thanks for the kind words! That's exactly what we are going for, to keep things as simple as possible! I hope you like it, and share it with others. Send me any thoughts and feedback that you have, I'd be so grateful for your thoughts on DevStream!
Define your desired DevOps tools in a single human-readable YAML config file, and at the press of a button (one single command), you will have your whole DevOps toolchain and SDLC workflow set up. Five Minutes. One Command.
Nobody grew up dreaming of building great DevOps processes, even though they're necessary! We wanted to make it as easy, fast, and simple as possible to configure, launch and manage a personalized and flexible DevOps toolchain, so we built DevStream as an open source product to do exactly that.
Monolithic DevOps platforms don't fit most agile teams, One-Size-Fits-All == One-Size-Fits-None.
DevStream lets you choose the pieces you want, and build your own personalized DevOps platform with none of the operational overhead.
If you're just starting up, DevStream makes it easy to get the right products, processes, connections, and automations in place to scale great engineering.
If you're already established, DevStream equips you to freshen up and enhance the interoperability of your process.
Is it sexy? Perhaps not. Is it impactful? We think so! Here's to more building, and less of whatever "Ops" is! ;-)
@awbcer Thanks, Abhi! If you can believe it (you probably can!) I did the voiceover work in my girlfriend's bathroom because we were both on conference calls all day! #StartupLife
Thanks for supporting DevStream!
@study_with_nadeem Our team put a lot of work into this! The magic happens from the YAML file, where you configure the basic account settings and specify the tools. I'll have one of our engineers reply in more detail as to *how* it actually all works!
@irene_wong Thanks for the kind words, Irene! Definitely worked hard on the launch, and our team worked really hard on the product! I hope you'll help us spread the word!
@ross_telar Thanks for the kind words and the support! Certainly that's our hope, to have lots of positive impact saving time and energy for developers, so that they can spend more time building great products. DevStream can build the great process for them!
@ross_telar Thanks. We wanted to make it easy to set up these personalized and flexible toolchains - which in turn can be impactful like you mentioned.
