I've tried them all - Akiflow is the only one that 'sticks'. Integration with Todoist is a game changer for dumping ideas and tasks.

akiflow has changed my life. it collects all my tasks from notion, github, email, slack and allows me to assign real time to them.

@nunziomartinello Does it integrated with a few Google accounts in one time? For example if I have different calendars on each account?

Been checking this out as a replacement for Sunsama and so far it's awesome. Biggest challenge for me so far is mobile, do you have a mobile application in the works or at least a way to use Akiflow on the go?
@ryan_snyder2 Hi Ryan! We’ll start to work on our mobile app real soon! Meanwhile, we have a mobile page to capture tasks (capture.akiflow.com), and from your gcal app you can see all the tasks (there’s an all-day event with your plan every day)
Hi @nunziomartinello! Could you compare+contract Akiflow with more affordable alternatives such as TickTick?
@petrev01 Hi Evan, we have a strong focus in consolidating all your info in the same place, both by integrating with 3rd party apps (Gmail, slack, asana, trello, etc..) and multiple calendars (we have a fully functioning calendar next to your task lists, to make it faster to plan your day)
