Idea to app in no time
gm legends and welcome back to the Leaderboard, the newsletter where we break down the products you really ought to take a look at. In today's digest: an AI that takes a prompt and turns it into a mobile app, an AI that automates your web-based tasks, and a new way to learn a language. Let's dive in
Ideas are worth millions

v0.dev: Generate mobile apps with a single prompt

I’ve built enough small projects to know that mobile apps take way more effort than they should. a0.dev flips that—just describe your app, and it generates a full React Native front end, handling navigation, state management, and UI screens. It’s a huge time saver, but I wonder how polished the output really is. Auto-generated code often needs tweaking, and I imagine this will get better over time. Still, for quick prototypes or getting an app off the ground fast, it’s a tempting shortcut.

Automated Access

AirTop Auth: Automate web tasks on authenticated sites

One of the biggest annoyances I've run into is when automated software like Make or Zapier get errored out or don't support something due to authentication issues. This is where AirTop captured my attention - it's like a faster, customizable version of ChatGPT's operator that doesn't need to ask your permission each time to log in and take action. Pair this with Make and some other AI tools and you've got yourself a quality intern and assistant.

Languages made easier

Issen: Your personalized AI voice language tutor

Speaking is the best way to learn a language, but finding the right tutor and scheduling sessions is a pain. Issen fixes that—I can jump in anytime, switch languages, and tweak the tutor’s style without feeling awkward. It even remembers past conversations, so my Spanish tutor picked up right where we left off. The formality setting (formal, slang, or standard) is a smart touch too. A few tweaks would make it even better—like easier error tracking and voice speed settings that remember my proficiency—but overall, it’s the first AI language tool that actually makes speaking feel natural.
