OBS Studio! It's a little harder to learn, but once you have about an hour or so of experience with it, you're able to do most of the demos you need to do.

Loom, and recently started using guidde (they did PH launch a few weeks back)
I normally use QuickTime or OBS. But I was looking for tools to create professional looking demo videos quickly and couldn't fine one so I made Slant it β https://slantit.app which is also what I use π
