In my 20s I was that extremely "healthy weirdo" and now, I am shifting into work mode but still want to remain healthy tho I am not so strict with my food yet. :D

In my 20s, I'd lean towards a healthy routine with a manageable workload. After all, I need to save some energy for all those late-night coding sessions and data crunching marathons, right?
