@busmark_w_nika couldn't think of a better advice. Pausing or resting usually just delays the burnout it for me but if I keep changing it a bit then its unlimited motivation :)

For me, I've started taking a 60-minute morning walk without my phone. It helps me relax and prevents me from feeling overwhelmed in the morning, which would otherwise impact my whole day.
You are losing energy everyday but not working on gaining or increasing energy. Focus on good lifestyle habits, learn the art of tapping spiritual energy to keep yourself full of enthusiasm. Lots of people are facing the same problem, that's why I'm working on a mental health startup. You can connect with me if you need initial guidance. I'm happy to help.
I’d say prioritize rest! I used to push through, but taking regular breaks actually made me more productive in the long run.
Exercise has helped me a lot. Even a quick walk at launch clears my head and boost my energy
I journal in the mornings. Writing down my thoughts helps me start the day with a clear mindand less stress.
Focus on small wins. When I’m overwhelmed, I break down tasks into tiny steps and celebrate each one it really helps me stay motivated.
