Definitely, turning off notifications. Slack, phone, everything. And quite harder, to try and do ONE thing at a time, but it have the "million tabs opened" syndrome :O

I avoid multitasking and try to minimize time-wasting activities. Lastly I prefer to hold one-on-one meetings to openly communicate and avoid lengthening the task of replies, etc. ✔🙌
