    @elenat I agree with you 100 percent. Last week I had an on-site appointment for the first time in a long time. I spent three hours in the car during which I couldn't work. Wasted time.

    Pros: 1) no commuting 2) you can work anywhere you want Cons: 1) difficulty in separating work from personal life 2) limited social interaction

    I work remotely, but I can go to the office with my colleagues. I like to go to the office if, for example, there are questions that take much longer to explain online and it is much more convenient to do it in the office. Therefore, I am definitely in favor of the office, but with the possibility of staying at home for a day or two and working from bed.
