Used to consume coca cola daily - it took my weight to 84 KGs πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Quit it totally. Now sometimes drink pepsi. Sugar is cancer guys. Lets stop consuming sugar even the zero ones...

@sylvia_sheng Yes, it was 2 years back, and i managed to come down from 84 KGS to 70 Kgs. Now a days i gained a few more KGS and its around 76 KGs. Planning to lose the extra weight after my launch πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
