Once remote never on-site. Do you agree on this? Share your 'remote' path.

Remote was the biggest opening for majority of us back in 2020. What are the things you would love to know/learn before starting this remotish path? Personally I would never go back to the office, unless it's hybrid, and I can choose the days I come to the office. Share your thoughts on it!
