How do you help your team connect with the product they’re building?

Hey everyone! At our startup, we’ve been thinking a lot about how we can help our team connect more deeply with the product we’re building. It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, but we believe that when everyone in the company, from HR to engineering, understands and experiences the product firsthand, it can drive better collaboration and innovation.

What are some ways you've successfully helped your team get to know the product on a deeper level? Do you offer internal demos, product trials, or encourage employees to provide feedback on features?

My product is a no-code tool, and it's targeted at many users who are not involved in product R&D. So, for some operational requirements that our company's operations and marketing colleagues need to fulfill, we just let them build things by themselves. LOL
