I'm improving my product's user experience by actively gathering feedback from users to identify pain points and areas for enhancement. I focus on simplifying the interface, making it more intuitive, and ensuring faster performance. Regular testing and iteration are key to refining the experience.

Absolutely, actively seeking user feedback is crucial. I also recommend focusing on accessibility - make sure your product works well for users with disabilities or using assistive tech. Inclusive design benefits everyone. Regular user testing with diverse participants is key to catching issues early.

@misti_hassig Yes Misti, such tools help you know more about the user, where they are coming from, what are they trying to achieve using your product, the pattern most of the users are making. The heatmaps, multiple recording sessions and so much information can help you gain great amount of insights and valuable information. Our team use analytics tools to find useful knowledge about users.

Definitely focusing on simplifying the UI and optimizing performance based on user feedback. Iterating fast is key! I'm also exploring integrating some AI to personalize the UX for each user and provide intelligent recommendations. Curious what AI tools others are using for UX enhancement?

@dorothy_thompson Yes Dorothy, watching sessions and heatmap to find out what things are working as they are supposed to work. And then coming with a conclusion weather the things and components should be kept the same or should be changed or repositioned, so that user find it more accessible and easy to use.
