Hi guys,
We built Percival, the only fair, light and scalable tool for individual performance appraisals in teams; almost two years ago as a side project after using a prototype in our main businesses and now we have around 1500 users generating $2000 MRR.
I would love some feedback on our landing page and also insights on the main problems we currently have:
- The sales process is really slow and need a lot of teaching time. We would love to find a way to sell it in a more self-service way.
- It's hard to find new leads, most of them coming though some talks we did in events or our personal network.

looks like your product is designed for project managers (correct me if I am wrong); have you tried posting use cases on pm communities on platforms such as Reddit? what are the feedbacks?
@victorzh its designed for tech teams managers or HR leads. Most of our clients are either one of those looking for new ways to assess team performance or collaboration level. We tried to post a bit on HR communities but not for PMs or o Tech leads... thanks for the tip. I am looking for a few communities right now and I might try to some of those.
