I'm asking specifically for services business. I've used it, but it seems to be getting more challenging. Do you still see it as an effective method? Have you had any success with it recently?

Cold outreach can still be effective, but it’s all about approach and personalization. The days of generic, one-size-fits-all messages are long gone—today, successful cold outreach requires a tailored, thoughtful approach that resonates with the recipient. Researching the person or company, offering real value, and showing genuine interest can make a big difference. Tools that automate and personalize outreach can also help scale these efforts without losing the human touch. When done right, it’s still a powerful way to connect with new leads and open doors.

While it is becoming more challenging, cold outreach can still be effective if done right

@monty_parin which old outreach channel has worked the best for you?

Oh, the joys of cold outreach! It's like a lottery – sometimes you win, but often you just end up with a lot of unread messages. It can still work, but it's definitely more challenging nowadays. Maybe it's time to switch things up, like how "Her Ideal Match" is transforming dating profiles with data science! Check it out at https://heridealmatch.com?source....

Yes, it's still effective! The methods have evolved but cold outreach is a great channel.

@jan_ber do you use any other cold outreach channel apart from emails?

Suppose you send 1000 outreach email, it's still helpful if you get 10 replies.

@linda_yanlin getting 10 positive is also tough. What's your copy usually like?

Yup! It is still powerfull for generating leads and relationhips

Yes, but I still hate it! I know people who actually enjoy it, though. I suppose the secret is to do what you love and delegate the rest to the professionals.
Yes, if it's personalized, targeted, and provides genuine value. It’s all about making the right connections and offering something relevant to the recipient.
