Best screen recording tool?

I'm wondering what tools you use to prepare a manual or DEMO in your startups. We use Screen Studio and are very satisfied but maybe you can recommend something much better (if there is anything)?

Honestly I. just record mobile demos using the native ios screen recorder. can always add voiceover in post.
