I personally use Notes application on OSX/IOS. I would prefer to KISS as much as possible. Trello or Asana kind of tools are overkill and inefficient for a personal and small team task management as well. I am just creating a checklist on Notes and share with other people if I need to collaborate. It sync across my apple devices and all other members can participate. Simple and works well.

It is a great multiplatform app for money management.

One of my oldest, favorite brainstorming, and brain-mapping App. I used different Apps in the same purpose. However, I trust and rely on XMind more.

I'm an early user of Coursera and find it very useful for getting knowledge about different subjects. We had enjoyed Team access via Coursera for business inside my start-up for a while ago.

The IDE that I am using (IntelliJ IDEA) has a time tracking feature. I use it to track the time I spend for an issue to fix or implement a new feature. In every commit of Github, I can see how much time I spend for a specific item. Later, I use it for resource planning or analyzing the efficiency

Books are my primary resources for understanding the subject's paradigm and theory. I usually keep Audiobook version to listen while I am walking. I prefer Coursera and Edx for concept based learning.
