Events work as a lead gen channel for us if we assign SDR resources to set up meetings in advance. We make sure the event we participate in has at least one of the following (ideally ticks all the boxes):
- Attendee list
- Networking app
- Exhibitor/sponsor list
- Networking time (super important - it shouldn't be just sessions one after another)
We then assess the ICP profile of the audience...
Are events a good place for you to do leadgen?

The 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀 - 𝗣𝗲𝗯𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 - 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱 method
I work in marketing so this is how I categorize my tasks into three types:
Rocks to me are tasks that directly influence our bottom line metrics (=revenue).
Pebbles are tasks that influence the leading indicators (awareness, inbound bookings, conversion rates).
Sand are small incoming requests or regular tasks that require my short ok to give them a go

Not relying on hacks is my #1 growth hack :)
Understand where your customers are, go there, talk to them and share insights that are valuable to them.
Do it for at least 3 months.
Sounds boring but works magic.
What is that 1 growth hack that you used and brought you new clients?

Here's what worked for the teams I was part of when we were launching new products:
1. You need to talk to your first customers A LOT. Ask for their feedback, listen to their insights, use their words in your copy. Feature them everywhere and whenever possible. Grow them as your first advocates and they'll bring you new customers. People trust people.
2. Measure properly but don't fall into...

Good question. LinkedIn is more personal and there's a higher chance that your message will be seen, but not everyone is on LinkedIn (especially if we talk about niches outside tech).
Email, on the other hand, is more scalable. But exactly because of this, it's easy that your message gets lost in 1000s of "%name%, quick question".
As our product is a marketing tool for tech brands, my vote...
Which channel do you prefer more for reaching out to potential customers, LinkedIn or Email?

Virality vs consitency: is it more important to concentrate on going to trends or on consistency of posting?
I was in LinkedIn's TOP 200 creators worldwide. AMA!

PPC (paid search to be precise). We actually cut it off completely (kept only branded search atm).
Driving a lot of leads, demos and even opportunities but none of those converting to actual customers.
It's scary that we're super short of leads now because of this, but it's a period we need to overcome to focus on channels that drive revenue in the long-term perspective.
What's the worst-performing acquisition channel for you right now? 😈
