I've learned that getting good results it takes time and iteration. I try to analyze the data and see if we can look at when things went wrong. Either the target audience, the message, or the timing. From there, I like to switch things up and test new campaigns and messages to see if we can turn things around and do some more A/B testing. - Task list of must do items, I usually put an estimated Time on them too to help me be less overwhelmed if I have a lot to do. At a glance some small tasks seem equal to large tasks since they both get their own bullet, but reminding myself this might just take 15 minutes helps me focus better. For example, Fix X Bug (~15 mins) - Clean Desk/ Office. Without this my brain just feels cluttered....
