Why just voice to collect feedback ? why not put option for the customer to have a custom option, maybe stars, ratings, comments or something exciting. Hi, the designs looks awesome. But, I thought it was an app that can stick to my desktop screen. Let me know if there are any plans of making these as a digital asset, a native iOS or a Windows App. People would surely love this.

Try to be in their shoes and understand what’s wrong, and make it as detailed as you can. For eg, even a small notification popup message can bring smile to your customer face.
