Administrative work!
As a founder, I love my job. So I won't need AI to do it completely for me. Having help to be more productive is more than enough.
However, I find it pointless to all those accounting and administrative formalities. There is no one that remembers at the end of its life, how fun, valuable or precious it was to fill a "cerfa" form, or a VTA declaration.
So I'll day...

Like internet I guess. Blend in our daily lives. We'll forgot we're using AI tools or AI-powered objects in our day to day routines. It will be pretty much similar to the book/movie "I Robots", without the robot rebellion.
I'd love to agree with @lightfield for the work days. However I doubt that Capitalism will let us have our livfes and week back so easily. ^^

If I had to choose just one tool, it would be Notion.
Most traditional project management tools, like Jira, Linear, Trello or Asana, focus heavily on action lists and often have outdated interfaces.
They’re also mainly designed with project managers in mind, which can make it challenging for the entire team to fully engage.

Very! Especially for works. Critical task are run locally with ollama to prevent disruption of service (got that once with chatgpt), or end of free message (got that often with Claude).

Lately I tried Piclumen & Dzine and found them very interesting.
They are easy to use and very creative!
