I love this tool! Simple and efficient to run all sorts of surveys including NPS and custom surveys. The team is super helpful and responsive. Shoutout to Alexia from the CS team.

We paid for it and later on found several bugs. The support team is unresponsive. We got no reply after 1 month following up.
