Partnership program looks like it could be valuable to an agency/startup for sure. Good partnership program looks like clear terms (looks like you have) and (potentially) the ability to white label for the agency who is partnering.

I collaborated with a business coach to discuss marketing, niching, and where folks go wrong with personal branding. When running a space like this myself, I maybe got 10 people. Because we worked together and promoted it heavily, we ended up with ~250 people who busted in. The key is to find people that are easy to collaborate with and that you share a set of values with.

What is causing you to not be able to add the social login? For many development platforms it's usually built into the framework almost.

Design will always be important. That being said - your job for the MVP is to find the shortest path from idea to customer validation. I wouldn't get stuck on design until you've validated that people want what you're building.

JIRA is clunky and inconvenient, but does provide reporting in a way that many other task management tools struggle with. Personally, I prefer Slack and Notion though. I run my own task management out of @sunsamahq though. It can connect into all of those systems
