Great system - one of those tools I really wouldn't want to live without. Makes it easy to change, even automates campaigns between dates, lots of useful templates, and can manage signatures on behalf of other users too. Well worth it and recommended.

Love the interface - it encourages writing, and then follows up with customising the content for the destination, makes it easy to choose where it's going to be published, and automates that publishing. Great tool.

LiveAgent has all the features I've been looking for. Integrates into social media, separates out support emails, allows easy tracking and prioritisation... a real multi-channel boost to business. Happy to recommend.

The convenience of access-from-anywhere and the quality of the results are great aspects. Templates are very flexible, with layers. Great addition to the marketing toolkit. Pros: Online (SaaS), easy to use, quick and very professional results Cons: Could be quicker
