I think overall making the interview process simpler is great. I would recommend something on the intro page that shows both the interviewer and interviewee views. Maybe separable with a big slider or tab. Also is there a way they can demo this (as both roles) without having to login with Google?

This site has a lot of negative news. I am not sure what algorithm they are using but it kinda sucks.
