I love the clean, simple interface and the integration with job sites that auto fills a lot of the fields when entering the link to a job you applied to. In the past I've used spreadsheets but it was a more cumbersome process and I'm glad I have Joustlist to use now Pros: Very simple, clean interface that organizes your job searches Cons: None that I've found yet
