We use it for over 2 years now, and we are planning to be partners with Mattermost, while we work with Open Source and we choose the best only.
Pros: Faste deployment! Secure, self hosted, extra configurable, cause it matter most for some to have a good clean chat, without clutter.
Cons: Platform could use a few improvements:
