Congrats on the launch, Eli! Eli will take you from the land of “I think this is what prople want” to “I know these people and this is what they want” - which is a journey fraught with peril that each one of us have to undertake at one point if we are to cross into the land of milk and honey.

First off, congrats on taking the leap (once again). I can see how this will save hours lost in identifying and scheduling user studies/customer interviews. I'm especially excited about cutting down on the back and forth and having reminders. I will be trying it out.

I recently started using Clevertap for my upcoming product launch and I'm just delighted by how easy things are to set up, their docs, and the powerful out-of-the-box user segmentation/messaging I can do. For a scrappy, early-stage startup like ours, it also helps that their free tier really gives us room to grow for a bit. Also, it doesn't hurt one bit that their customer service response...
