As someone who's entire work-day consists of fielding email requests Superflows has been a life *and* time-saver!
The categorisation helps me keep on top of admin, and the more you use it the more spot on the responses get.
Anyone in a customer service or customer-facing role would huuugely benefit from this.
Now just waiting for a Zendesk or JIRA add-on 🤞
