It is possible, but I prefer AI agents as last option when a simple solutions are enough to meet the routine requirements, we have to consider time, efforts and cost as well.
Are companies misleading you by trying to sell you "AI agents"?

Professional way to handle reported issues?
A case with a company XYZ, where an end user or customer reports some blocking issues, with clear details, explanation, proofs, etc., however, their support team disagrees with those, is unwilling to do any investigation, and shares some irrelevant links for self-help, but nothing resolves, yet they close the case, no response to emails, etc.

Questions, Response and Comments are Disabled or Invisible?
Have you all noticed and confirmed that 100% of your Questions, Responses, and Comments are visible to others (checked in incognito mode)? or disabled silently?
For a few weeks, many of my questions (clean and technical ones) have been disabled, which means they are visible only to me but others cannot see them. There is absolutely no point in doing these, and directly affecting the K-points....

Biggest challenge is designing a great foundation of the product that is simple, efficient, scalable and most-secured. In sum, I plan to make it at least 3x better than conventional approach or systems.
