It has been a wild experience launching my first Product Hunt (https://www.producthunt.com/products/sensay-3).
The most interesting part of this process has been how easy it appears to manipulate the system. I had thought Product Hunt was a platform filled with genuine hunters looking for some great new tech. But the reality it seems is far from that.

There are lots of shillers out there offering their services to promote launches and get upvotes. Just be careful.

Lots of people are using shilling services, it's super hard to compete organically. This has been the experience from what I've seen today. On launch you'll get so many messages from people guaranteeing you 50+ upvotes or top 3 positioning. It's all a bit rigged, you just have to keep that in mind unfortunately.
