I think the biggest thing for me is accountability in this situation. If your lack of motivation is leading to you losing accoutability of your deliverables, you're essentially letting the entire team down. The first thing is to obviously try and have a conversation, give people the benefit of doubt, offer them support (you never know what they're going through that might be causing this). But...
How do you handle demotivated people at work?

Linkedin is the new cold mailing replacement for me. Much higher open and response rates than cold emailing,
Which email marketing software do you use for cold mailing?

One criteria we didn't want to compromise on was getting a .com domain. This was incredible painful. Almost all .coms are taken and some are even getting resold at ridiculous prices. Finally we found one that meets our business needs + has .com.

100% knowledge about everything. That would give you the ability to predict ripple effects of a simple action like moving a rock for instance. Also sounds like the only aspirational super power that you can actually work towards. But never really get there :D
If you could have any superpower, what would you choose?

Yes completely remotely. It's so interesting to see how our team has grown. Organically, we have had our team spread out all across India. And it's awesome to work with people from different places as they bring such unique perspectives.
Do you or any member of your team work remotely?

They absolutely work. Especially on Linkedin. Best part is you don't even need premium. You can add a 300 character message while sending a connection request. This is usually good enough to get your key point across.
Have been doing intense BD work just using Linkedin cold reachouts for the last 2 years and its been going pretty well.
Cold messages! Still work?

Hi everyone, I am Utkarsh the co-founder of https://www.cashvisory.com/. I graduated with a Mech. Eng. degree from NTU Singapore and started working with Micron Semiconductors, managing automation projects. With no background in finance, nor having learnt about money in school, I didn't know what to do with my paychecks. So i just let it sit in the bank for the first 4-5 years of my career....

I would go with a hybrid approach. Use AI to generate investment ideas but validate them with own research / advice from a qualified advisor.
Would you trust an AI to give you investing advice?
