Any tools you use to keep your meetings efficient?

We are considering it too, and I think doing Instagram is kind of a must nowadays since GenZ use it as their first channel to get to know about certain products or brand. Besides that we are not doing it actively since our product is focusing on solving very specific problem (college application preparation), thus search engine optimization is more effective marketing strategy.

I would just emphasize one. You can give up on everything but not on people you are working with, especially your co-founder.

I am a CEO and my role at the moment is product manager. Minimizing communication cost, setting goals and priorities are my main duties and what I want to be good at. I am not quite sure if I am good at them enough but I'm doing my best.

I think so. Instead increasing short conversation among coworkers is beneficial.
