At some point an undercapitalized team, working long hours with a lot of pressure on executing will burn out. I find that creating the ability to block time across my schedule to maintain focus, and having a simple system of communicating expectations, tasks and allowing for accountability is key.

I am so unable to sit still during meetings I splurged and got a standing desk and treadmill so that I can pace in place :) I really find that if I am able to keep moving I can focus much more effectively.

It’s very solid conceptually I will say the mobile browser experience is rough right now on iPhone may want to just sniff and send mobile to an email reg and remind people at desktop.

I have used for a week and really enjoy, I have been doing full week trials of several calendar to notes integrations and I have to say the AI is great - but the note templates and internal note to task features are amazing. Great work!

I think in the context of mental health/wellness it is very interesting. In the context of marketing it is a bit frightening.
