I have used a bunch of messaging apps but Telegram is simply the best option. It is great it has Desktop version. It has all needed functionalities.
Pros: Simple and reliable
Cons: Crypted chat doesn't work very often

It does what is designed for. It is simple and fast. It has API we can use in our CRM. It lacks a few simple functionalities but all in all it is a great tool.
Pros: Simple, mobile and desktop apps, efficent, reliable.
Cons: A few bugs. Lack of a few functionalities
