This has been an excellent mini-series and I hope RH is not curtailed as a podcast anytime soon. Gladwell has a great knack of making his research sound as engaging as a big budget movie, with as much depth as a documentary. Top, top work.

Top top storyteller. It's a real sad shame that stories like Carlo's are widespread and not anomalies :(

Exposure to information will always lead to people adopting the exposed theme. WIth the amount of business media sources these days and Disney-esque stories of success, there is bound to be growing amounts of wantrepreneurs. In the same breath, a wantrepreneur can always make the transition, with a good support network and mentorship. So let's not castigate them too much now.

Nice nice episode. Adversity is a major stimulant for success - you just want to prove a point! Nice insight in to some known players and the not so popular. In no other field is the power of the 'cause & effect' relationship than in sports. Would love to hear about Kemba Walker's story Greg...make it happen.

This area of tech is something I've been excited about for a few years, since coming across it @ AOL. I believe the recruitment industry can become more meritocratic, accurate and benefit a lot from using it smartly.
