Horrible app. They unlink your bank info, don't let you change it, and then rack up on late fees and interest charges. You try to "email the help@trygrain.com and they never respond. It's been weeks and this is now adverse on my credit. And of course the phone number doesn't work AT ALL. This is a complete mess, all when I just want to pay in full to CLOSE the account.
