@philkellr congrats on the launch, Philipp! 🎉 I thought it would take more time, but i have to agree with you, in a couple of hours it's all done! Maybe it might be helpful for someone if you add some suggestions on the length of titles and descriptions to prepare before you start.

I created mine recently, divided into two sections. The Feedback section is very convenient to allow people to vote on feature-request and report bugs. Also very convenient is the Changelog section, to which users can subscribe and receive email notifications about updates, for example. You can check it out here: https://feedback.botrush.io/

Said honestly: I don't do it just because I can't afford it. I have to carry on consulting to support myself, the bare minimum to live on, so that I have more time (but less money) for my projects! A partner instead of a collaborator would definitely be better! :)

As a developer, I'm all about code. It gives me the power to create anything. But sometimes, nocode tools are an absolute game-changer. Recently, I used one to build a public feedback board. I think it also depends on what one has to plan for! If I have to plan development and marketing activities, I prefer to do it on Monday morning with a fresh mind!

The hype certainly is surpassed by that for AI! The larger projects are holding up. The technology is valuable for sure, but with all the problems the crypto world is having, the interest is markedly diminished. But I'm pretty sure this is not the end. I know several people right now who are quietly building interesting projects based on blockchain technologies!

A great lesson I had is similar to yours, in 2022, trying to put together the right team for a web3 project! And then, more generally, I learned the importance of self-reflection. Why did I do that? Why am I procrastinating? Once I started analyzing my behaviors, change for the better became possible!

Family and health: the things that truly matter. Without them, nothing else makes sense!

The hardest decision: when to end a product's journey. It's tough, given the time and love invested. But sometimes it's essential, for your health first!

I totally agree with your motivations for creating this product. It's fascinating! PageSpeed numbers are great for indexing, but they don't reveal the true user experience... Great job!
