Excited to be one of the founding Sparks and love being able to "sparkle" up a meeting. It's a great way to add some instant energy into a regular team meeting. I joined a Nike team meeting earlier this month with a bunch of designers and change managers. They loved the experience and felt relaxed and energised after our short session!
