I have no idea how to influence people or what my score even means. The Chute algorithm should offer a little bit of insight.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm tired of hitting "unread" and holding emails in my inbox until I can address them. The ability to set alerts and reminders will prove invaluable. I hope it lives up to my expectations.
