At the risk of pointing the obvious, you know that playing in others' walled gardens, with the hopes of making a profit exposes you to the risk of losing everything, when the owner of the walled garden decides to change the rules. Just look at those "once-youtube-entrepreneurs"

Unless you are in a major metropolitan area, don't expect anything. And if I am in a major metro, why do I need yet another app to connect with people? Idea is noble but not realistic.

What do I think ? Well, I think spending $50 blindly on the promise of the site owner, is unwise. You should make a free tier good for, say 6 months, to show people what they will get for their money. For example, if all deals I am going to get at LAX is to and from Las Vegas, it is not worth that $50 for me.

The website linked from PH is very obscure, which is not a very good thing. Where are your exit nodes? As in which countries ? If all of them are in countries where the BIG BROTHER is watching you, the service is useless. Lack of this explicit info makes me believe that most, if not all exit nodes are in countries where you are constantly being watched. Also, where is the company HQ?

I think this is a very half baked idea. How will you or or the project owner, figure out who is a legitimately good coder and who is not, if anyone can contribute ? More importantly, why do the people who contributed unrelated or badly written code get compensated as your app's mission seems to indicate? This is sounding more like "Prize for participation" concept of today's schools' sporting...

So, in other words, you are building the mythical unicorn lair, huh ? Good luck with that 50 people and may be 3 or 4 more.

What is so new about attaching a tracker beacon and an SMD LED flashlight to hundreds of similar products on the market ? This is not a new product by any measure. Good luck in your marketing efforts.

Site speed and more importantly search engine, definitely needs improvement. simple, two-word search query returns more irrelevant results than relevant.

Something doesn't add up here. Airlines only pay a fixed amount commission for tickets booked thru a 3rd party and it was a pittance last I remember. And you don't even have to use this app to change your ticket in the next 24 hours as most conventional airlines give you this option. You just need to be vigilant.
