@nolwenn_duval Agree with her if you're early stage don't go for surveys go for user interviews.
Surveys are useful once you have reached a stage where you can't personally call everyone for user interviews. Even though our own product is for surveys( SurveySensum) but we only used it once we had more than 200 customers and it was getting hard to call everyone.

I prefer to have Qualitative user interviews with people who have stopped using our product and are likely to churn. Me or our Customer Success team takes care of understanding the reasons why. Luckily our Retention is more than 98% so I still don't have to send Surveys to them.
And if the churn rate starts increasing, I will go for Surveys( Using SurveySensum ofcourse ;)) right after they...

We use our own tool for NPS surveys- SurveySensum and 1000+ people use it now. One thing I have noticed with in-app surveys is that you rarely get good text responses as you're actually breaking the flow of the user by Popup and users don't like to fill that over In-app.

If you're open to using API's then you can use SurveySensum to set it up or I can help you out there. If you need Mobile SDK then go for SPRIG.

I think if you have some alpha/beta users or potential customers, they can give you the answer about pricing. Send a small survey having the questions what price range is better and also the plans with descriptions what they would like to choose.
In my opinion having 4 plans creates confusion to users when they are trying a new product, unless you have defined your Buyer Persona really well...
