I haven't work for an on-site company for 7 years but I have worked with a lot of then remotely since then. Pros: I have my own schedule, office or other place to work. I can travel a lot without taking too much vacations. Cons: Sometimes it's hard to set a meeting to make it fit everybody's timezone. And nobody can buy you a coffee except yourself, you know...

For me it's work. I can't help working when it's already enough. This leads to productivity decreases and depressions. Yes, I use Pomodoro timer to prevent me of overworking. And Buddha and practice helps a lot, too.

Hi Natan, Yes, I know what flow state is. It's when you sabotage most of your reality in favor of something you are mad about. It's not the same as focus, it's like overfocus. But it's fantastic and like a drug. It's when you can't help going out of the project even when sleeping in a good way.

Tis is great! I love the Empoche. It's a bit buggy, but great. It's a joy to help you with testing and development. I suggest you to add integration with Trello, Jira, etc.

Very useful tool that helps to get time for more intellectual tasks than converting JSON examples to code. I use Elm Pros: Very good for quick API client base generating Cons: Goog enough, but may be need more tuning
